Product Operations Manager

About this position

Are you a highly motivated and experienced Product Operations Manager? Join us at GLS/NXT to play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations and further development of our digital customer products. You will be responsible for rolling out several connected products to the end users (senders or recipients), monitoring and analyzing their performance and identifying and fixing potential issues. With your expertise in product operations and the gathered feedback of our end users you will stimulate continuous product improvements. Your work will be an integral part of the well structured product development cycle of our digital consumer products. Your responsibilities

Develop and execute the operational rollout of new and existing products to our end users
Create and leverage user focus groups and foster a constant communication and dialogue with them
Monitor the product’s performance, identify weaknesses or issues, and gather feedback from end users
Implement and optimize processes to share the feedback and learnings with product teams and internal stakeholders
Stimulate continuous product improvements by working hand-in-hand together with product managers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product management, sales, customer support, and operation to ensure product success and growth

What you need to be successful

Background

2+ years of experience in product operations or product management
Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful product roll-outs
Proficiency in documentation tools and technologies, such as user feedback platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
Familiarity with product development and the product life cycle
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency speaking and writing German and English

Competencies

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments
Ability to express empathy and being understanding when educating and communication with end users
Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects, and efficiently allocate time according to business objectives
Ability to gather users’ insights to influence product discovery together with product management
Passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in the latest industry trends and emerging technologies
